A name given to a faux superhero, appearing in a little known series of small films known commonly as "the ballad" but, to give them their full title, "the ballad of fanta and friends". SuperKieran is the faux hero who saves the day.

Style of word used on cult TV show "Look Around You". When presenter thanks a guest, he says: "Thanks, <insert name of guest>. *pause* th<add section of guest's name>. Hilarious.
