A general asshole, usually is part of larger military based organizations at school such as JROTC programs. He will screw you over at any point he would and leave you in the desert alone if he gets the chance and will always throw you under the bus before admitting his mistake.

me: wheres john?
friend: oh yeah Adam pulled a maliski on him and he left him at the gas station alone so hes not coming
me: that dickhead
