Any person famous for no particular reason other than they may have appeared in a reality show, have some minor acting or musical skills, have money or go to the 'right' parties and who the paparazzi and some kinds of magazines and 'news'papers pursue insatiably.

Tinseltubbies live on the edge of extinction and would die out totally if ignored completely for several months, to leave a better world.

I really can't be bothered all these news reports about this person, she is just a tinseltubby.
