A ability to relay a sentiment at any given moment by way of a visual representation. The creative process is quick and often unexpected by those on the receiving end, often resulting in delight or disbelief. The genesis of this skill set is unknown, shrouded in mystery.

"She's got scoutts, that one".

"We laughed for an hour!...That was a scoutty move".

You always want a little of Scoutts on your team; it makes everyone feel included.
