Thugish, goonlike waste mans that hang around and originate from the "Bernard" (Yonge/Bernard) area of Richmond Hill Ontario. Many of these bernarder-mans come from priveleged families but choose to act like they've been raised by the streets. Deep down they're actually really soft waste yutes who think they're black.
