Having your mental state altered by a (possibly illegal) substance in order to reach a 10/10, or 100%, state of elation. Pronounced "tend". Also seen as 10'd

Guy #1: "Dude, that 2 gram brownie was intense."
Guy #2: "Fuck yeah it was, it got me ten'd"
