The whitest kid you know who believes he's Puerto Rican. Is a a fan of drinking mustard and believes he is gangster. Can never stop talking about fights, but gets his ass kicked whenever he's in one. Also the kind to never pay you back unless physically beaten.

Person 1: Dude my new friend is a total Algar.
Person 2: I hate people like that.
