Bitchess 

One who is not only a bitch in the sense of a female dog , but one who is also treated like royalty by her bitchraising family. Giving this particular bitch the pompous attitude of a princess with the attitude and inbreeding of your average bitch.

Also useful for the extra bitchy "jewish princess".

After I told that bitchess, she was a bitchess, her father came out of the trailor chasin me with a tire iron.
