This is a very common term, used by young people. It is both an adjektive and a substantive.

It is used in groups of friends, and used to describe when someone is weird at that moment, or if you are really relaxed...

"I am really cookin right now"
"You are a cookin"
"You are cookin"
"Fuck i'm cooking"
"Why are you so cooking right now...?"
