The new AMERICAN cuss word. Lighter than the usual four letter derogatory terms. Use it at school, at home, in your place of worship. It makes no religious or racial statement. Its a P.C. cuss for a P.C. world. Used as an adjective, it allows you to express just how inept, stupid or clueless you feel a person, place or thing is.
