One who slacks at work, tends to try to avoid every situation you put him in. A Colin likes to relax and have a stress free lifestyle; having or showing laziness or negligence, unwilling to work or use energy. If you have a Colin at your job, be sure to keep him sometimes known as a "slacker" but can also be a great worker too.
