Originally used to describe a man so desperate for sex that he would use all his vacation time and travel across the Atlantic ocean to pursue a girl he met once, this phrase is now used interjectionally as a placeholder (often denoting indifference) due to the beautifully melodic sound it makes coming off your tongue.
