Rocky

A guy who hooks up with his friends younger sibilings (girl or boy). Usually these younger sibilings are significantly younger.

Also used as another word for a creepy situation.

I heard that kid got with Andrew's little sister, he must be named Rocky.

That girl looks creeped out, he just pulled a rocky (or she was rockied).
