1 beer wonder

Used to describe men who frequent establishments with attractive women waitresses or strip clubs. The 1 drink wonder or 1 beer wonder describes a cheap person who will only order 1 drink and sit on it for hours at a time to maximize the amount of money he spent to gawk at the women workers. They usually try to talk to the girls and never make any leeway because all of them know how cheap the 1 beer wonders are.

mr corona aka 1 beer wonder was able to sit on his beer for so long. But at least he tipped some one's to the ladies who get no love from the big spenders.
