FSM, meaning Fuck Starrs Mill, is a term to describe the hatred felt by the students of Mcintosh High School to the students of their rival team, Starrs Mill High School, both in Peachtree City, Ga. The Starrs Mill Panthers are entirely inferior in every way to the Mcintosh Chiefs.
