An UUG (pronounced "oog") or undisputed uninvited guest is a person whom invites themselves to hang out (Netflix and chill) with the intent of engaging in sexual activities without the expressed consent nor the disapproval of the other party.

Mark came over last night, he was an UUG, an undisputed uninvited guest.
