nipple noogie

The act of taking a human breast (either male or female) under your arm (like you would a persons head in normal noogie position) and you 'noogie the nipple' with your hand/fingers.

I was irritated with one of my hoes so I took one of her floppy tits and gave her a nipple noogie.
