milzometre 

A milzometre is a unit of length in the metric system equal to one billionth of a millimetre. It is the smallest unit of measurement recognised in today's society. The name of this term was inspired by an individual that suffers severe dwarfism who is often referred to as Milzo, hence milzometre.
