heliwang

The action or swinging your penis round and round in the motion of a helicopter.

When the individual is drunk and pleased with his piece, he may want to extract it from his pants grasp it at the base and swing the excess around and around until the motion of the helicopter is created. This is the most common example of the heliwang.
