Chillologist's definitions
The word chillocrat comes from chill (meaning to be cool or to be in a state of cooling) and crat comes from the greek word κρατέω (krateo), meaning "to rule." Thus the word means one who rules in a cool or nice and mellow way.
1. What a gracious chillocrat you are. (when speaking to a highlevel chillologist serving rum drinks to his / her friends)
