V. To laugh by softly blowing air out of one's nose, whether accompanied by a short throat sound or not.
N. A soft laugh accomplished by softly blowing air out of one's nose, whether accompanied by a short throat sound or not. (Not to be confused with a snort, sounding like a pig, this is much softer and more airy)
