Fucknuckle

A person, often a jockey at a picnic race meeting, say Bong Bong for instance, who, in the process of winning the first race is also charged with careless riding and receives a lengthy suspension, is also caught by the Stewards using their mobile phone on-course, then injures their toe during the final race on the card and lastly fails to ride their mount out to the post. They are definitely a fucknuckle of the highest order.

What a fucknuckle that bloody useless picnic jockey was at Bong Bong last Friday.
