guarjuana 

Another name for the energy supplement, guarana. The herbal supplement functions the same as caffeine, but is slightly more potent, and provides a different flavor. It is a common ingredient in energy drinks.

Teacher: are you high?
student: no way, dude! I'm just hopped up on Guarjuana. Its great!
teacher: go to the office, liek nao!
student: yeah, the principal really should try this shit, shouldnt he?
