Last turkey in the shop 

Usually regarded as the last of any sold item in a shop, usually because of its bedraggled or otherwise substandard appearance. Because of this it is also used to describe the appearance of the external male genitalia.

She lifted his shirt and the sight reminded her of the last turkey in the shop.
