When you drink someones alcohol and leave promptly thereafter. Much related to the idea of chew and screw and puff and scuff.

Girl: Yeah sure i'll go out with you tonight.
Boy: Promise not to just drink my alcohol then bounce to another party?
Girl: Nah, I won't sip and dip.
