Basically sushi, but instead of seawheat there is crepe.
Preperation:
Make crepe dough.
Roast garlic and green onions in soy sauce.
Start cooking the crepe in the pan and add cheese of choice and tuna after flipping it once.
After the cheese starts melting and engulfes the tuna, add your soy - green onion - garlic - sauce.
Roll it up and - voilla: Delicious Shrepe.
