A closed minded fool that acts like a communist and stammers when he gives a speech. A person who relies on stupid ideas and advice to base his orders and actions on. Mainly George W. Bush.

George W. Bush is a prime example of a Republican, and of course his running mate dick chainy (dick). Most republicans are closed minded fools.
