COL

Cough Out Loud, similar to LOL (laugh out loud). It is used when someone is sick and unable to laugh without coughing.

"did you see that girl slip and fall?"
"COL YEAH *coughcoughcough*"
"dude quit coughing..it wasn't that funny.."
