When something is really wonderful or great. When something, someone, or a situation is perfect and wonderful. This term is used mostly by those residing in the New England area of the United States.

"Hey Mary, I got some new vintage bell bottom pants yesterday, what do you think of them?" Mary: "I think they are pissah!"
