It is a bacteria and virus that is uncurable. It spreads through both female and male, attacking the genetilias. Spreading the disease known as "The Mandy", or an British slang for "Itchy Balls and Ovaries". The virus mutates in the Breast, in particular the left breast.

You just got the mandy germ disease, stay away from me, you may make my balls itch too.
