1) A word to describe someone or something for being particularly muggle-like and/or basic.

2) A guy whom drives me up the wall because he is a muggle and doesn't know shit about Harry Potter and tries to make me mad about his magical ability or lack thereof.

3) A peasant who is too socially inept that he can't pursue his own ship or actually fight the Slytherin Goddess.
