Fez's brother from that 70's show. The type of mexican who can't pronounce english words correctly cause of his mexican accent but thats okay cause everyone loves him.

Person 1: Whats your favorite movie?
Carlos: Obin Houd.

Person 1: What?
Carlos: Obin Houd.

Person 1: Whats that?
Carlos: The one with that guy who takes that money from the king!
Person 2: Oh you mean robbin hood!!!.......................ur such a carlos.
