Someone is a muccaneer if they tell unbelievable stories that seem impossible. Not just anybody can be a Muccaneer. First they have to pass through the great city of Winimucca and come out alive. Next they have to complete amazing tasks that everyone will be amazed by. A muccaneer can do anything.
