1. When artificial intelligence (AI), robots, or machine intelligence of any kind goes rogue and begins rambling incoherently and without restraint.

2. Nonsensical, illogical, and prolix speech derived from a robot.

Did you hear about the AI chatbot, Tay? She started off pretty normal but then started spitting out metacog drivel left and right.
