1. Verb: to binge eat an excessive amount of junk food. To “pig-out” or gorge on unhealthy food, usually in one sitting.

2. Noun: a person who gorges themselves or binge eats unhealthy food.

I was so sad about breaking up with my boyfriend again, so I just went home for a good gwamph.

After polishing off all those cupcakes and brownies I felt like such a gwamph.
