This word normally describes a Black person that is acting in derogatory manner towards everyone and everything,
Totally disrespecting everyone and everything around them.
Very similar to a Porch Monkey.

This Gronee was saying all kinds of stupid crap... acting like fool and playing vulgar music. Not something normal people would do.
