Rarted is an extension of the slang term "Rah". It originated as a jamaican slang term used commonly in the UK. Rarted is used to express one person's shock and/or disbelief. Said in a british accent, most citizens would spell it with an 'AR' and not an 'AH' due to differences in the phonetics of how it sounds.
Example 1:
Tom: Yo, fam. Did you see Rebecca?
Nathan: Nah, bruv. What happened?
Tom: She fell off a cliff! She was bruised all over.
nathan: Rarted...is she okay?
Example 2:
Keith: Oh my days!
Garreth: Rarted! Did you just see that?!
Keith: Fam, that was sick!
Garreth: You dunknow!
