Supereme Ruler of Outworld. He is the Bosses of all Bosses in the Mortal Kombat series. He is hard 2 beat and fun 2 play as. hes been in more MK games then any other boss, kinda like goro has been in more then ne other sub bosses.

Shao Kahn Just Regulated me man u wanna try so u can quit laughin cuz u wont beat him either.
