Tobbacula 

A Tobacco Vampire.

A smoker who never has his own cigarettes (or always claims they accidentally left them at home) and constantly bums off other people... or those people who claim they are trying to quit as an excuse for not having their own.

No Tobbacula, I will NOT bum you one of my smokes!
