Flip the Pancake

Going up to someone then taking your hand putting it under their tit and then raising your so the tit goes up and down.

Usually done to a fat boy in a gym class to remind him he's fat.

Josh: Hey fat zack whats up ( as he walks to fat zack)

fat Zack: Nothing

Josh: Okay i have one thing to say Flip the pancake (as josh flips fat zacks pankcake)
