When someone shits or pisses into another persons shoe. The person then puts the shoe on and gets crap or urine squished between all of thier toes and on their foot.

Choco Taco

The act of heating a tortilla shell then rubbing around your gooch and then wiping your ass with it. Once the tortilla is good and brown make a regular burrito or taco out of it with all the toppings. Offer it to a family member or friend and enjoy.

"This burrito tastes like shit!"

"Dude, it's probably a choco taco"
