Acronym standing for, Realities Are Setting In. Often used as a response after hearing something depressing and or upsetting to express displeasure.

Chris: I went to the doctors today, I found out I have to get my arm amputated cuz I've been shooting too much heroin : /

Dan: Damn... RASI...
