Petayesos 

Spanish slang word used to refer to someone so buff that they can literally break concrete with their bare fists.

It is composed of the words Peta and Yeso. Peta coming from the verb Petar (To break something violently) and Yeso being a cast of Calcium Sulfate generally used in inside house building.

Mike: Hey, have you seen how buff James has gotten?

John: Yeah, I was working out with him yesterday, he really is a Petayesos.
