When a man (typically a trucker) inserts the big toe of his dominant foot deep into the anal cavity of his partner and upon withdrawal the toe signifies a stylish or elegant pair of brown dress shoes.
Person 1: Brown shoe this is Rubber Ducky, do you copy?
Person 2: Not now Rubber Ducky, I'm polishing my brown shoe... over.
Person 2: Not now Rubber Ducky, I'm polishing my brown shoe... over.
