Thotty Nutty 

When a thot (usually called Reece) slurps on your nuts like a hella thicc milkshake. This typically will be accompanied by lots of slurping noises caused by excess saliva on your penile and scrotul area.

Damn Chester, Casey gave me the Thotty Nutty special last night. It was awesome!
