A middle or upper class bro, that either has a desk job or a management position, often giving directions to lower class bros.
Brougeoisie 1: "Man, sometimes I feel like we're not on good enough terms with the broletariat."
Brougeoisie 2: Nah broski, as long as long as we act like good bros to them, there's no reason we can't live peacefully with the broletariat.
