Hemispheric Civic Expansionism

A political and philosophical vision for the voluntary integration of willing provinces, states, or nations across North and South America into the United States as full, equal States. Rooted in American exceptionalism and civic nationalism, it seeks to expand the Union through mutual consent and referenda, lifting entire populations to U.S.-level rights, prosperity, and institutions while preserving compatible local cultures through States rights.

Hemispheric Civic Expansionism reimagines the American project on a continental scale: not selective immigration or foreign aid, but inviting entire countries to join as equal states so everyone shares in the full American system.
