Diarrhea that is so severe it is the viscosity and consistency of water. Waterrhea can lead to severe dehydration in children and is often the result of food poisoning.

I was so sick after eating that under-cooked chicken I couldn't eat anything solid and had non-stop waterrhea for two days.
