A person, especially family member or close friend, who consistently asks for free professional advice ( eg. medical, legal, contracting, auto-mechanics...etc) and later on proceeds to acquire the same services from another professional and pay a sizeable fee.
"I told Karma to splint her ankle, take acetaminophen and motrin, apply ice and rest her ankle. However the next morning she went to the ER, where the RN splinted her ankle, applied an ice-pack and administered 500mg acetaminophen and 800mg of ibuprofen. It cost her $1225, but that's what you get for being an ASKHOLE."
