Or it can even be a chuckle you have in a conversation whilst someone is bashing someone and you just totally agree! Yeah that’s a bitch chuckle!
Jim was talking to Mary about how no one showed up to Elizabeth’s party and Mary let out a bitch chuckle because, deep down, she knew how much everyone really hated Elizabeth!
